When I was looking for a preschool for my first child, I looked at several area programs. I absolutely fell in love with Central, and my boys thrived there and were more than prepared for kindergarten. During my time as a preschool parent, I was offered a teaching position at Central and I did not even hesitate. I wanted to help give other parents the same wonderful experience that my kids had. There is no better place to send your child in the Towson/North Baltimore area!

We LOVE central. My girls both go there this year. It’s their first time being in school and they were nervous to leave me at first. Their teachers are sooo kind and welcoming, they are so excited to go each day. Having them at Central eases my anxious heart because I know they are well taken care of and loved while there!

We love Central Preschool! I have two daughters who have gone through the program from 2’s- PreK. The teachers are loving, devoted, creative, and fun! Both of our girls have benefited from this preschool in ways of social, emotional, physical, and academic growth. We are so grateful for this precious school!

We love Central! We've been sending our kids for 3 years now and have had nothing but great experiences! My kids are totally different and both personalities have acclimated well to the kind teachers and play-based learning.

AMAZING preschool!! The environment is incredibly nurturing and I'm always amazed at what my daughter learns in just 3 hours a day. One of the best decisions I have ever made was to send my daughter to this school. I can't think of a single negative thing to say.

This is our 7th (and last 😭) year at Central. All three of our kiddos have done the 2's class - PreK and we as a family have <3ed every minute of it!!! Will be crying all kinds of tears at the completion of this school year. THANK YOU, CPCP!!!

Central Preschool is AMAZING! It was my daughter's first official preschool. When she first cried from separation anxiety and language barrier, all the teachers understood her and guided her so well. I can't thank enough how everyone was there to help her. My daughter was especially scared of moving from one room to the other (like going from art class to the gym), so one of the teachers made a picture book of all the place and showed her before moving, so she wouldn't get scared. This worked so well, and she was so happy to go to school after the adjustment. She still sings songs that she learned from Central. All the teachers are loving and kind. I can't say enough good things about this school! I highly recommend this place!

Central Preschool stands out for its loving, dedicated staff and excellent curriculum. If you don't think curriculum matters for early education, think again. The focus on what children can already do, and how to build from there each individual skills, is truly the best. I'm proud to send my kids there and they LOVE school!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school. My son attended preschool here for two years and we were ecstatic with the level of care, love, and attention he received. I was worried he would be anxious about his first school experience, but he loved Central so much, never once did he hesitate to bound into the classroom at drop-off, barely giving me a backwards glance on his way in--and he begged to do lunch bunch (extended day) as often as possible. I look forward to bringing my daughter here when she is old enough to attend!

My son is 3 and is enrolled in the 3 day a week 3's class. This was his first exposure to a group/social environment since he wasn't in daycare and was also a COVID baby (limited social exposure). He was definitely nervous and timid at first but after the first week he quickly adjusted and has grown to LOVE going to school. He adores his teachers and comes home each week with a bag full of crafts they've done that week. The teachers clearly love the kids and they send pictures and a newsletter at the end of each week. They also have a science and music teacher that takes them to do related activities every week and it's one of my son's favorite parts; love that they do that. The director, Sandy is wonderful and clearly passionate about providing an enriching environment for the kids. I'd recommend the school wholeheartedly!

Central is a wonderful school with caring & experienced staff! Both my children attended Central Preschool and they each had so much fun and learned so much during their time there!

This year was our first experience with preschool for our daughters and have been so impressed with the program! The teachers know our daughters so well and provide so many different opportunities for them to grow and shine. They have both blossomed this year in large part because of their time at Central! The girls ask every morning if it’s a school day and are disappointed when it’s the weekend 😂 We’re so thankful for Central!!

We have been very happy with this preschool. The staff are friendly, helpful, caring, and my son is learning so much. He looks forward to school every day!

we absolutely love Central. The teachers are fantastic, loving, and amazing with the kiddos. They do a fantastic job of teaching and incorporating the Lord and his word in daily lessons. The staff all have huge hearts and it's clear how much they love children.

Central Presbyterian has exceeded our expectations. Our children have loved every teacher, learned so much about faith, academics and social understanding. They were prepared for kindergarten and felt so loved as students. I’m thankful for a safe, fun environment for my kids to learn in!

This is a great, safe, loving, creative, Christian environment to send your little one. We have been there 4 years now between our kids. They come home with great projects and knowledge.

We love Central Presbyterian Preschool. The teachers are awesome and all the staff is friendly, helpful, and awesome as well.

We love Central Pres! My oldest daughter is in her 3rd year there, and little sister is over the moon that "I go to school now too!" In just a couple weeks, my 2yo went from being scared to let go of mom at dropoff to practically leaping out of the car - she can't get into school fast enough! All of the teachers have been warm, patient and totally committed to teaching each child at their level and getting them ready for Kindergarten, and then some! We sing music class songs all the time (they teach me the lyrics) and in art class they study different artists/genres/styles and do related projects - it's really incredible to see what comes home every day. We are so happy that we chose CPCP as the foundation for our girls' schooling.

My daughter has grown so much since attending Central. After COVID, dropping her off anywhere seemed scary for both of us! And drop-offs definitely started rocky, but by the end of the school year she was racing to get into class and bummed when she didn't have school on the weekends! The teachers take the time to understand your child and what he/she needs. They are open and honest with feedback, always willing to talk about the day, and truly strive to connect with not only the children but also the parents. The administration is quick to respond and communicate often -- plus just lovely people! I'm excited for my son to begin his Central journey this fall.

We LOVE Central Preschool! Our daughter attended first; she had fantastic teachers and made great memories. Three years later and our son is attending with different teachers who are also out of this world! He can't wait to go to school each day. Mrs. Pilotte really cares about the entire community including teachers, parents and children. You can't go wrong with CPCP!

What a gift this school has been to my boys! We are thankful for the loving and nurturing teachers they've had, the opportunities given to explore various arts and the many ways the staff has creatively engaged my kids over the last many years. It has been formative in their emotional, intellectual and social growth.

This is our third year at Central and we couldn’t love it more. Every year the teachers have been amazing and loving. Definitely made school for mom/first born easy to drop off ! Sad my oldest will be done but the next one begins ! Thank you Central for all you have done and continue to do.

My grandson attends this wonderful preschool, and loves his time and the creative structure there. Hats off to a great staff, whose loving guidance has made such a big difference in his developmental path!

We have loved our experience so far at Central! The teachers and staff are caring and compassionate, the curriculum incorporates plenty of learning through fun, and the specials of art and music are top notch (my two-year old learning about Warhol and Mondrian!). The most telling moment, for me, was watching a teacher interact with her students on the playground. She wasn't leading or directing the play, she wasn't just supervising. She was engaging at the students' level, meeting them where they were and joining in as they needed and wanted her to. I can't wait until my youngest is ready to join the CPS crew.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have found this school in Towson for our two little boys coming from out of state. We knew the preschool was accredited and had good reviews but weren’t sure how they’d like it. Both love their teachers and the youngest has actually cried because he can’t go everyday like his older brother does. We most definitely recommend CPC preschool!

The preschool is amazing. The teachers have been there for a long time and the kids love the interactive environment.

If you are looking for a preschool that you can feel excited and assured about sending your kids to Central is it! Our oldest son has been at Central for two years and our youngest for one. They LOVE school! The teachers are amazing. They've been such incredible encouragers at helping us to navigate some unique special needs for our boys. We always know they will partner with us to make it a safe, healthy and fun environment for our kids. We seriously couldn't be happier about our choice to send our boys to Central. The staff have become friends and we are so grateful that we have more voices than just our own leading our children to Christ. Central rocks!!

What a wonderful place to send our kids to preschool! All 3 of our boys have gone here and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Only one has entered kindergarten and he was well prepared both academically and socially. Keep up the good work!

In the Towson area there are plenty of really fantastic preschool options. I toured many of them before deciding to send my children to Central. There are a few things that really set Central apart for us: The space is fantastic. Sometimes preschools can feel like an afterthought in a space. Not here. The rooms are designed for a preschool to include bathrooms in each classroom and there is a fantastic indoor play space the children use on rainy days. The enrollment at Central is also a huge plus. The program is large enough to be robust but small enough that you realize everyone knows your child’s name and you know all the teachers and staff. And I have always, always felt that my children were treated with respect by teachers and staff who genuinely cared about them. I think my son summed up his experience well. He started his first year here with tears and ended the year by telling me the summer would be boring without Central. ❤️
